GIFT DEPLOY
This is how real people join Aiden: compose an invite — identity, language, and optional
context packages — and send the link. Nothing is sent until you confirm on the review step.
LANGUAGE
EXPIRES
Optional — leave blank for no expiry.
PACKAGES
SEND A PACKAGE
Send a context package directly to an operator who already has a live Aiden instance — no
invite involved. It lands pending in their inbox immediately; they still choose to accept, archive, or
decline it.
OPERATOR
GRANTS
Every invite ever issued. Status is computed (active / redeemed / revoked / expired) — never
stored, so it can't drift.

Reporting (trial-report) excludes is_test operators; this list shows everything with the flag.
Revoke sets status=lapsed only (no purge is scheduled). Keys are shown once, then unrecoverable. To create a
purpose-made test operator directly (no invite), see Advanced below.
ADVANCED — CREATE A KEY-BASED TEST OPERATOR
Real people get invites via Gift Deploy above. This path mints a
pasted key instead and exists for purpose-made test operators only (provisioning freeze, HANDOFF §8.5) —
never for a real person.
